01 / THE BUSINESS
Practice and play on the same day. Sportsmanship at the center.
Since April 2013, the owners have built a local operation around a simple promise to families: convenient participation and a positive youth sports experience.
Today, the business runs six- or seven-week seasons at approximately 6–8 venues per season, with four weeks of weekday training before each season.
The seller reports no additional i9 Sports territories available in Las Vegas. Franchise documents will establish the exact territory boundaries and rights.

Preseason work intensifies four weeks before launch, with schedules, coaches’ meetings, and hiring finalized in the last 10 days.
02 / OPERATING ECONOMICS
Review the numbers alongside the work that produces them.
Request a conversationThe reported profit is before compensation for both owners, who each work approximately 30–40 hours per week. A buyer hiring replacements must account for those costs. This is not a verified EBITDA or passive-income figure.
The seller reports that corporate percentage fees and card-processing fees are already deducted. One combined P&L covers all three territories. Detailed financials are available after an NDA.
03 / ROOM TO GROW
Build on the current operation, then explore new programs and locations.
The seller estimates room for approximately 2,000 more annual registrations at current venues. Sunday programming offers another avenue to explore.
Summerlin falls within two of the offered territories. No programs currently operate there. Launching requires establishing venue access and local relationships.
Girls’ flag football and basketball are seller-identified priorities. Additional sports, older-age divisions, and team divisions offer further ideas to evaluate.
These are opportunities to evaluate, not forecasts or guarantees. Participation, staffing, permissions, and venue availability determine results.

04 / PEOPLE & OPERATIONS
Two employee program directors currently work about 10 and 30 hours a week. An office employee works about 20 hours. Approximately 30 part-time staff support venues and training sessions.
Volunteer parents provide most coaching, supported by a small number of paid staff when needed. The owners lead administration, field operations, and preseason preparation.
The seller confirms that the two employee directors are expected to stay. Buyer-specific employment arrangements remain to be agreed. Venue rentals renew season by season, and continuity must be confirmed with providers.
05 / OWNERSHIP OPTIONS
Best suited to a hands-on sports-minded owner. Existing franchisees and buyers with a qualified management plan are also welcome.
PREFERRED PACKAGE
Asking price for all three territories
Acquire the established three-territory operation together. Price allocation, payment structure, and transition support are negotiable.
The seller intends to deliver the business without existing business debt passing to the buyer.
ALTERNATIVE STRUCTURE
The seller may sell two territories at a negotiated premium and continue running the third. A buyer would not have to commit to purchasing the third.
A later purchase of the third would be at an agreed price. Territory-specific financials, boundaries, and shared-cost allocations would need review.
Three trailers and storage contents, plus local social accounts and the local phone number, subject to final asset schedules and transfer arrangements. Corporate owns the websites.
The seller retains software ownership and proposes access at no monthly charge. License scope, support, hosting, and continuity will be documented separately.
06 / A SUPPORTED HANDOFF
The owners are willing to support approximately two seasons of transition, with responsibilities and compensation to be negotiated.
Discuss experience, involvement, funding, and the preferred purchase structure.
Sign an NDA for financial documents. Review franchise terms, venue continuity, staffing, and assets.
Complete corporate approval and training, establish program leadership, and plan the first season together.
Seller-reported corporate terms: new five-year franchise agreements, one week of training in Florida plus three days at a designated location, and a program director for each territory. Final requirements are subject to corporate confirmation.
BUYER QUESTIONS
After building the business from scratch beginning in April 2013, the owners are ready for a change. They are open to a negotiated transition that supports the next owner.
A buyer can propose a management structure, but the existing operation relies on two working owners for a combined 60–80 hours a week. Replacement staffing costs and corporate program-director requirements must be included in the plan.
The seller reports a $12,500 transfer fee for each territory, or $37,500 for all three, payable by the seller. The parties may negotiate the economic allocation. The seller will also pay the remaining franchise-fee balance before transfer paperwork begins.
No. Initial discussions can take place without an NDA. Detailed P&L and other confidential records are shared after an NDA. Published figures reflect seller estimates and have not been independently verified.
Rental agreements are seasonal. The business has approximately 8–12 years of history at parks and several school relationships of 3–4 years. Venue access, priority, and contract arrangements require confirmation for the buyer.
